Use a Concept Map to Stop Overeating

 

 

You can prepare a personal concept map to move beyond overeating and the dieting mindset:

 

Draw a flower with four petals. At the center write the word "Me" - because you are at the center of this concept map. Next, label the petals of your concept map as shown in our diagram of the Diet Free Blossom [shown at right]. If you like, color each petal of your blossom.
